Tbilisi-Mtskheta-Vardzia-Akhaltsikhe-Borzhomi-Kutaisi-Svaneti (Mestia-Ushguli) -Batumi.

A great trip through Georgia from Tbilisi to Batumi. You will be able to fully enjoy the amazing nature, sights, local cuisine and excellent wine.

Day 1. Arrival. Tblisi.

Walking city of the Old Town.

Day 2. Mtskheta.

Monastery of Jvari, Temple of Svetitskhoveli. Transfer to the monastery of Shio Mgvime (4km from Mtskheta). Return to Tbilisi.

Day 3. Drive to Akhaltsikhe through the rock town of Vardzia.

Accommodation in a hotel in Akhaltsikhe. Visit the fortress and the archaeological museum.

Day 4. Transfer to Kutaisi via Borjomi Gorge. On the way - the Green Monastery (VI c) and the fortress of Atskuri (IX c), bathing in the Borjomi thermal springs.

Day 5. Departure to Svaneti (Mestia). Excursion to the cave of Prometheus. Arrival in Mestia, check-in. Over dinner with the performance of folklore vocal and dance ensemble.

Day 6. Excursion to Mestia with a visit to the museum of local lore. Picnic in the fresh air by the river. Excursion to the Svan family of woodcarvers and manufacturers of traditional felt hats. Return to Mestia.

Day 7. Excursion to the village of Ushguli (the highest mountainous settlement in Europe. Picnic. Return to the hotel, rest. Before dinner, a master class for the preparation of the national Svan dishes - kubdari (meat pie).

Day 8. Departure to Batumi. Stop in the city of Zugdidi.

Day 9. Batumi Botanical Garden. After dinner - the Roman fortress Gonio-Apsaros. Return to Batumi. Rest and dinner. Free time

Day 10. Transfer to the airport of Batumi.
